Richard Lawrence “Dick” Lammers, 77, of Clear Lake was surrounded by loved ones when his Heavenly Father called him home Saturday, September 1, 2018 at his home. He was born July 27, 1941 in Cumberland to Raphael and Alice (Clark) Lammers.
He was married in United Pentecostal Church of Rice Lake on February 7, 1960 to Judith Moe, and they began raising their family.
